Terms of Use

These terms govern use of TronScope, operated by Codenova LLC, including tronscope.io and the iOS app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TronScope shows public TRON blockchain data, optional watchlists and alerts, Energy rental quotes, and a Pro plan for higher watchlist and intelligence limits. Overview, transfers, and Energy quoting remain available without Pro. TronScope is not a wallet, exchange, broker, or custodian. It cannot send TRX or tokens from your addresses.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape beyond documented APIs, evade rate limits, or break the law. You may delete your account in website settings or in the iOS app under Account.

Public data

Address balances, transfers, labels, and related intelligence are public or heuristic. They are not identity, credit, crime, or investment advice. Data can lag the chain and can be incomplete or wrong. You use it at your own risk.

Energy

Energy quotes are estimates and expire. After expiry the same quote cannot be paid; request a new quote. Fulfillment depends on network conditions and our providers. If a provider later marks a purchase refunded or failed, that is an internal supplier status. TronScope does not automatically return TRX or prepaid credits in the product. If Energy is not delivered, or you paid the wrong amount, after expiry, on the wrong network, or twice, write [email protected] with the order id and transaction hash. We review the on-chain payment and supplier status. If operations confirm a paid order was not delivered, they may add a one-time prepaid TRX service credit to the account. That is not an on-chain refund and is not issued automatically. Guest orders without an account cannot receive prepaid credit. Prepaid TRX is a TronScope service credit for Energy and API usage. It is not a withdrawable wallet balance. The iOS app does not take TRX payment; complete Energy rental on the website. Website Energy payment is a TRON transfer or prepaid TRX debit, not an Apple In-App Purchase. Paying from a connected wallet asks only for a one-time TRX transfer to the order payment address. It is not a token approval and does not let TronScope move other funds. TRON transfers sent to the wrong address cannot be reversed on-chain. These terms do not take away rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Pro subscriptions

Website. Pro may be paid with Stripe or prepaid TRX as shown at checkout. Price is displayed before you pay. Web Pro is not sold inside the iOS app.

iOS. Pro in the iOS app is sold only through Apple In-App Purchase as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly and yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID settings. Unused trial time, if any, is forfeited when you buy. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Pro raises the free watchlist cap (3 addresses) to 100 addresses and removes the daily counterparties/relations lookup cap. Enterprise starts at 1,000 watchlist addresses. Extra watch packs, if purchased, add more. Website and iOS Pro are billed separately (Stripe or prepaid TRX on the web; Apple In-App Purchase on iOS). It does not guarantee chain data, alerts, or Energy delivery.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TronScope to harass people or to break law
• Do not attack, scrape, or overload the service outside documented APIs
• Do not impersonate us or resell access without permission

Intellectual property

TronScope, the site, and the app are owned by Codenova LLC. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the product. You do not receive rights in TRON or third-party marks. TRON, TRX, and TRC20 are trademarks of their respective owners. TronScope is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TRON DAO, the TRON Foundation, or the owner of the TRON trademark.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, complete chain data, or that Energy or alerts will meet a particular result. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or on-chain losses. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.

Changes and termination

We may change features or these terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance. We may stop the service or close accounts. You may stop using TronScope at any time and may delete the account from Account settings. iOS subscriptions remain cancellable in Apple ID settings.
