Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Codenova LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in TronScope on the web (tronscope.io) and in the iOS app. TronScope inspects public TRON blockchain data. It does not custody assets and never asks for a private key or seed phrase. Wallet lookup does not require connecting a wallet. Optional Energy rental on the website may ask an injected TRON wallet to send a quoted TRX payment to the order address.

Information we collect

Account

If you create an account we store your email address, a password hash when you set a password, and Sign in with Apple or Google identifiers when you use those providers. We use this to authenticate you and send account or product email.

Product data

Watchlist addresses, nicknames, categories, alert preferences, Energy quotes and orders, prepaid TRX balance on the website, and Pro plan status (including whether it came from Apple, Stripe, TRX, or an admin grant).

Notifications

If you enable push we store a device or OneSignal subscription identifier so we can send watchlist and Energy order alerts you requested.

Payments

Web Pro checkout is processed by Stripe. iOS Pro is processed by Apple In-App Purchase. We receive limited payment metadata (for example status, product identifier, expiry). We do not store full card numbers. Energy rental on the website may involve a TRX transfer or prepaid TRX balance; those are public chain payments or an internal ledger, not Apple IAP.

Technical logs

IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and debug the service. Public TRON addresses you look up may be stored so we can index and show chain data.

What we do not collect

Private keys, seed phrases, or the ability to move your funds. If you use the optional Energy wallet-pay flow, the site requests a one-time TRX transfer; it does not keep a reusable wallet-connect session or ask for token approvals.

How we use information

• Provide lookup, watchlist, alerts, Energy quotes, and Pro features
• Authenticate sessions and prevent abuse
• Process subscriptions and Energy orders you start
• Comply with law and App Store or payment-provider rules

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the iOS app to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the product for us, for example:

• Hosting, database, and email delivery
• Stripe (web payments)
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchase, push)
• Google Sign-in (when you use Continue with Google). This is not Google Analytics.
• Google Analytics (website measurement ID), for aggregated page views and product events such as sign-in and completed purchases. We do not send passwords, access tokens, reset tokens, seed phrases, or raw form fields to Analytics.
• OneSignal (push, when configured)
• TRON network and public indexers for on-chain data

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses an HttpOnly session cookie for sign-in, plus cookies or local storage for language, a signed-in marker, and basic product state. Google Analytics loads only after you accept measurement in the website banner or on this page. You can accept, refuse, or change that choice later. Sign-in and storage still work if you refuse Analytics. We do not send passwords, access tokens, reset tokens, seed phrases, or raw form fields to Analytics. The iOS app stores a session token in the device keychain and onboarding state in app preferences.

Retention

We keep account and order records while the account is open and for a limited period afterward as needed for security, accounting, and legal obligations. Public chain data may remain in our index because it is public.

Your choices

You can update email and password in account settings, disable notification channels, sign out, and stop using the service. You can change the website Analytics choice in the banner or on this Privacy page. You can delete the account in the website account profile or in the iOS app under Account. That removes the login, watchlist, alerts, API keys, and notification preferences we store. Completed Energy orders and payment records may be kept as required for accounting and abuse prevention. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted from TRON. You can also email [email protected] from the address on the account.

Children

TronScope is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16.

International transfers

Servers and processors may be outside your country. By using TronScope you understand that information may be processed in those locations.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
