A few practical notes

Energy Order API is on Free: quote, pay from prepaid TRX, create an order. Amounts are SUN integers (1 TRX = 1,000,000 SUN).

Wallet Analyze is prepaid USD per call on every plan. Watchlist API — the same slot limits as the website — needs Pro or Enterprise.
