Cyrus Fazel opened SwissBorg in Lausanne. The app takes a deposit and allocates it. The user does not sit on a raw order book the way they would on Binance. The company has used a token, first CHSB and later BORG, inside that account product. The pitch is a managed balance, with a Swiss company around it.
