Xiao Feng’s HashKey Group opened a Hong Kong exchange that holds a licence from the Securities and Futures Commission. That licence is the product: a spot book that can tell a Hong Kong bank it is allowed to operate. The group also runs a token fund and a broker. Those are not this exchange’s hot wallet.
